Six practical design details

Retained and edited for clarity from the original bottle-type section.

01

Direct bottle transfer

The air conveyor connects directly to the transfer wheel, reducing screw and chain adjustments during bottle-format changes.

02

Neck-grip handling

Bottles are held at the neck. Format changes focus on the guide plate, star wheel and nylon change parts rather than the equipment height.

03

Hygienic rinsing

Stainless-steel washing grippers avoid contact with the bottle mouth to reduce the risk of secondary contamination.

04

Gravity filling

High-flow filling valves are designed for fast, accurate filling with reduced product loss.

05

Simpler discharge changes

The spiral bottle outlet is designed to avoid conveyor-height adjustment when changing bottle formats.

06

Automatic control

The main machine uses PLC-based automatic control.

Inside the process

Four equipment details.

Air conveyor detail from the original water filling line
01 / Process detail

Air conveyor

Neck-held bottles move from the blowing stage into the filling machine by air flow.

  • Floor-mounted conveyor with fans above
  • Air filters at each fan inlet to limit dust entering bottles
  • SUS 304/316 stainless-steel construction and welded carbon-steel rack

02 / Process detail

Bottle washing

The air conveyor feeds directly into the bottle infeed dial for rinsing.

  • 304/316 stainless-steel spray rinse heads
  • Stainless-steel grippers with plastic pads to reduce bottle damage
  • 304/316 stainless-steel washing pump

03 / Process detail

Bottle filling

The filling station is designed to keep fill levels consistent across bottles.

  • Fine adjustment of filling volume
  • Polished 304/316 stainless-steel contact parts and liquid tank
  • Stainless-steel filling pump and efficient rinse nozzle
Bottle capping detail from the original water filling line
04 / Process detail

Bottle capping

Electromagnetic capping heads complete the rinse–fill–cap sequence.

  • No-bottle, no-cap operation and automatic stop if bottles are missing
  • 304/316 stainless-steel construction
  • Published defective rate of ≤0.2%, subject to project acceptance

Turn-key solution

Define the line around your site.

Beyond the filler, the original line brief lists container handling, labels, packing, palletizing and site requirements. These choices are specified for the project rather than implied by a single machine model.

Discuss your line
Legacy line brief
Full automatic complete water line, labeled 2,000–48,000 BPH. The nine published CGF machine models have their own capacity ranges above.
Product
Drinking water (legacy line brief lists pH ≥ 4.6)
Container
PET; round or square bottle. Fill level and neck finish are set to the project brief.
Changeover
Additional change parts are required for different bottles. Square bottles also require a bottle-separating system.
Label options
Hot-melt roll-fed or PVC shrink sleeve; full or partial label; manual or automatic control.
Packing options
Film shrinker or wrap-around case packer; manual and robotic options are listed in the legacy brief.
Palletizing options
Manual, low/high-position gantry, robot or single-arm palletizer.
Ambient
10–40 °C; no condensation.
Electrical supply
380 V ±5%, three phase; 50 Hz ±1%.
