Questions buyers ask before ordering.
The questions that come up in almost every project email.
Delivery
What do you need from us before a layout can be drawn?
Product and container specification, target output on the main size, building dimensions with column positions, and where water, power, steam and air enter the building. Plant-planning documents →
Commercial
Can we visit the factory before ordering?
Yes. Tell us your dates and the line you are planning, and we will arrange the visit in Suzhou. About the company →
After-sales
Can you upgrade a line that is already running?
Yes — format changeovers, capacity increases and control upgrades, after a survey of the existing machines. Retrofit and upgrades →
Terms used on this site.
One definition per term, used the same way on every page and document.
- BPH
- Bottles per hour — rated output, always stated for a specific container size.
- CIP
- Clean-in-place: tanks, pipes and filler cleaned internally without dismantling.
- SIP
- Sterilise-in-place: the CIP circuit taken to sterilising temperature, used on aseptic lines.
- Isobaric filling
- Counter-pressure filling: bottle and filler bowl at equal CO₂ pressure so carbonated product does not foam.
- Hot-fill
- Product filled at high temperature so the heat sterilises the container; needs heat-set PET.
- Aseptic filling
- Sterile product filled into sterilised containers inside a sterile zone.
- Level control
- Filling to a fixed height in the neck rather than to a fixed volume.
- Torque control
- Cap applied to a set tightening torque, usually by magnetic or servo capping heads.
- Change parts
- Size-specific star wheels and guides swapped when the line runs another container.
- FAT / SAT
- Factory and site acceptance tests: the line checked before shipment, then again after installation.
